Offset Printing
Offset printing is the process of using an intermediate blank cylinder to transfer an image from the image carrier to the CD permitting more dramatic images on your CD and packaging materials. Utilizing a 175-line screen, Offset printing provides unsurpassed quality for four-color processing and is the preferred process for detailed CD label art. At a printing rate of 3,000 CDs per hour, Offset printing provides first-rate quality and speed. A negative film is required for this process.
Silkscreen Printing

Silkscreen printing utilizes a 100-line screen, which provides excellent quality for PMS colors and reasonable quality for four-color processing. A positive film type is used for this process.
